The question. MiniMax-H3's de-rope regenerates a time-dilated span of a clip. With the stock RoPE clock the regenerated span plays ACCELERATED (the model animates at its native rhythm, blind to the dilation); TrueClock feeds the true world-time grid and fixes the speed, but pays for it in seam flash and in-span jitter. These 22 arms hand the two clock geometries to different transformer blocks and different denoise steps. Dose mapping so far: the speed fix survives only at (all blocks, physical above sigma 0.7) or (blocks 40-49, all steps); every smaller dose loses it. That leaves two candidates: A = pb4049 (smoothest span, occasional slight flash) and B = fadep2c07 (no flash, more vertical jitter). Which looks better to you? The blue band is the regenerated window (frames 124-157): watch the gulls' speed through it, the seam at its edges, and the span's steadiness. Send two arms to A/B, bracket the window on the timeline (it loops), wipe or flip, and tell us which you'd make the default - open an issue on this repo with your pick. Timeline: stereo waveform, draggable gold brackets, i/o at the playhead; the gear adds a frame counter and window-crossing blips; export saves your A/B view as a video with the metadata burned in.
